Armando has more than 4 years of experience and concentrates his practice in Corporate, Energy and Natural Resources, Regulatory and Capital Markets matters.

Armando has experience in various asset sales operations, mergers and acquisitions, spinoffs and due diligences, restructuring and company dissolutions and liquidation processes, as well as reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts, drafting legal opinions, consulting on matters for the constitution, update and sale of shares in commercial companies, among other activities.

He holds a Specialization in International Business from Universidad Metropolitana (2022), a Degree in dvanced Studies Program in the Stock Market from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (2019), a Diploma in Aeronautical Law from Universidad Monteávila (2018) and a J.D. from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (2018).

Before joining InterJuris Abogados, Mr. Hurtado worked as an associate in a leading Venezuelan law firm in the Arbitration department, where he acquired important experience in this area.

In 2018, Armando was a speaker for the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in the VI Commercial Arbitration Competition organized by the Arbitration Center of the Caracas Chamber. In 2019 he was named Academic Asistant ad honorem for “Fundamentos de Derecho Mercantil” and “Contratos Mercantiles y Títulos Valores”, both taught at Universidad Católica Andrés Bello.
