Maria Andreina Hernandez Blasini focuses her practice in Corporate matters.
Maria Andreina has experience in several transactions involving sale of assets, structuring and implementation of mergers and acquisitions, spinoffs and due diligence, sale and purchase of large shareholdings in major international corporations gaining approval of multiple international regulators, among others.
She attended the most prestigious Model United Nations conference in the world, hosted by Harvard University, and won several awards. She also acquired specialized knowledge in the field of arbitration by participating in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna.
Before joining InterJuris Abogados, she was a Legal Intern at a leading Venezuelan Law firm.
