Mr. Pulido has more than 30 years of experience and concentrates his practice on Corporate and Technological matters, with extensive experience in consulting for telecommunications, food, mass consumption and pharmaceutical companies.

Manuel has taken part in multiple asset sales, mergers and acquisitions; spin offs and joint ventures of multinational and local companies, with experience in the design, implementation and writing of relevant documentation.

He holds a degree as Broadcaster from Universidad Central de Venezuela (2001), a Master in Business Administration (MBA), Finance, from Universidad Metropolitana (2001) and a J.D. from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (1989).

Before joining InterJuris Abogados, he was a legal consultant for one of the oldest mass consumption and pharmaceutical companies in Venezuela; one of the most important Italian-French food companies based in Venezuela, and one of the three leading mobile phone companies in the country.

At present, in addition to his own activities as Partner, he is responsible for the Human Resources Department of the Firm.
