Magdalena Maninat Lizarraga focuses her practice on Corporate and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
Magdalena has participated in acquisitions, due diligence, assistance in arbitrations, sale of shares in corporations, and obtaining permits for companies in regulated sectors. She has participated in the drafting of acquisition documents and has carried out research on regulatory matters in various jurisdictions.
Magdalena was elected as part of the Board of Directors of the Venezuelan Arbitration Association 2019-2021 and is currently Director of the journal on alternative dispute resolution “Principia” from the CIERC at Monteávila University.
In 2019, Magdalena participated in the International Investment Arbitration Competition organized by the American University of Washington and the Externado University of Colombia, where her team reached the final and was recognized for their Respondent’s Memorial.
