Ira has more than twenty years of experience developed as a Lawyer and partner in a top ranked Venezuelan and US law firms, as well as in the world’s largest publicly traded international oil company.

Before joining InterJuris, Mrs. Vergani worked as Legal Manager in a Russian international oil company, leading the Legal Department and was directly responsible for all matters and ongoing governance issues pertaining to the company’s investment in five oil projects in Venezuela. She was also a partner at a leading Venezuelan law firm.
