Mr. Di Miele has more than 12 years of experience and concentrates his practice in Corporate, Energy and Natural Resources, and Technology matters.

Franco has participated in multiple activities related to the sale of assets, mergers and acquisitions, spinoffs, and due diligence, as well as reviewing, writing, and negotiating of agreements related to the incorporation of Mixed Companies for hydrocarbon projects in Venezuela and project financings related to this sector. Also, he has participated in secondments as counsel for multinational companies and has broad experience in fintech and cryptocurrency matters.

He holds a Diploma in Economics and Management (Level 7) from the London Institute of Business Studies (ongoing), a Master of Science in Business Studies from the School of Business and Trade (ongoing), a Master Diritto Commerciale Internazionale (summa cum laude) from the Sapienza Università di Roma (2017) and J.D., cum laude, from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (2010).

Before joining InterJuris Abogados, Mr. Di Miele was Legal Consultant for Construcciones Dimen. He also was a Legal Intern at the Legal Clinic of Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, providing free legal services to low-income families.

He is co-author of important publications in Telecommunications and Energy and Natural Resources matters and has several certifications from the World Bank in Public Procurement, Contract Management, E-Procurement, and Cryptocurrencies.
