Danielis Toro has more than 8 years of experience and concentrates her practice on Labour matters.

Danielis has participated in drafting pleadings to be presented at trial and labor administrative procedures, doctrinal and jurisprudential research, attending preliminary, trial and appeal hearings in labor courts, writing and recording of transactions in labor courts and administrative headquarters, processing of documents and solvency in the National Register of Companies, the National Institute of Health and Safety Prevention (INPSASEL), the Venezuelan Institute of Social Security (IVSS) and the National Institute for Training and Socialist Education (INCES) and drafting of legal opinions.

She is responsible for reviewing, monitoring, controlling and taking custody of judicial and administrative records before labor courts and labor inspectorates on a national level. In addition, she is actively involved in the coordination of work with correspondent lawyers.

She holds a Diploma in University Teaching from Universidad Pedagógica Experimental Libertador (2020), a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Labor Law from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (dissertation pending) and a J.D. from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (2013).

Before joining InterJuris Abogados, Mrs. Toro was a Lawyer in an important Venezuelan law firm.
