Daniela Urdaneta Rodríguez focuses her practice in Labor matters.

Daniela has participated in labor audits, follow-up of judicial and labor administrative procedures, as well as the drafting of briefs to be presented in labor administrative and judicial proceedings, doctrinal and jurisprudential investigations as well as the management of proceedings before the National Register of Companies and other Entities.

Daniela also participated in various seminars and forums regarding Arbitration Law.

Before joining InterJuris Abogados, Daniela worked in the Labor Department in one of the most important law firms in Venezuela, as well as in an important law firm related to Merchant Law.
