Alfredo Planchart Pérez


Mr. Planchart has more than 10 years of experience and concentrates his practice in Corporate and Dispute Resolution matters.

Alfredo has participated in mergers and acquisitions, spinoffs, sales of assets, due diligences, procurement procedures, among others.

He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Commercial Law from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (dissertation pending) and a J.D. from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (2010). Also, he is a Certified Public Translator in English.

Before joining InterJuris Abogados, Mr. Planchart worked as an Associate in a leading Venezuelan law firm.

In 2008, Alfredo was a speaker for the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello team who participated on behalf of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela at the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, organized by the International Law Students Association (ILSA), in Washington, D.C. (USA).
