Prior to joining InterJuris Abogados, Carlos had a highly successful career at one of Venezuela's leading law firms, where he served as Managing Partner and coordinated the Corporate and Immigration Practice Groups. He was also a member of the Latin American Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Steering Committee.
He holds a Master's in Law (LL.M.) from the University of Illinois (1988) and a J.D., Summa cum laude, from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (1983).
