SUMMARY PROFILE

Carlos Delgado Álvarez has more than 35 years’ experience in Corporate Law, which includes shareholder’s agreements, strategic alliances and joint ventures, corporate compliance & governance, global immigration & mobility, infrastructure, public M&A reorganizations, as well as migration planning and multijurisdictional corporate restructuring.

Carlos has substantial experience advising both local and multinational corporations on benefits of high-level workers, expatriates and nationals.

Before joining InterJuris Abogados, Mr. Delgado had a very successful career in one of the most important law firms in Venezuela, where he had the position as Managing Partner and was the Coordinator of the Corporate Practices Groups and Migration. He was also a member of the Steering Committee of the Latin America Mergers and Acquisitions Committee.

He has been recognized for his accomplishments and experience in the Corporate field by Chambers & Partners, Legal 500 Latin America, Latin American Corporate Counsel Association (LACCA), Best Lawyers, among others. He is also professor of Contract Law at Universidad Católica Andrés Bello.
